Oakland Raiders G.M. Reggie McKenzie’s tenure in Raider Nation got off to a dreadful start back in 2012. His first pick in the 2012 NFL Draft wasn’t made until round three and nothing good came from it. Then in 2013, it got a little better as a had a full complement of picks but not an ideal draft.

We’re still waiting to see what that class is as one player from it has shown he is a legitimate starter. Then in 2014 and 2015, McKenzie drafted well and has brought the Raiders out of the dark ages. The Raiders have finally joined the rest of the NFL in the new age, where the forward pass is prominently featured.
