In a post-game interview with CBS’ Tracy Wolfson, Denver Broncos quarterback Manning had no answers in  regards to his retirement plans. When you look at how much he loves football, of course, he needs time. Two minutes after winning a game that cements his legacy further isn’t enough time to consider everything.

So Manning said, “I’ll take some time to reflect. I got a couple priorities first. I’m going to go kiss my wife and kids. I want to hug my family. I’m going to drink a lot of Budweiser tonight, Tracy, I promise you that. I’m going to take care of those things first. Definitely got to say a little prayer to thank the man upstairs for this great opportunity. I’m just very grateful.”

And Manning’s body barely made through this season with the injuries he had this season. Plus the Broncos have to re-sign young quarterback Brock Osweiler and Super Bowl MVP Von Miller. They won’t be able to do that and keep for what they’re paying him under the salary cap.

But there’s another team out there with the great defense and a great running game. And Manning will have a chance to work overtime this offseason to rehab his injuries and come back strong in 2016. The Los Angeles Rams could give him the opportunity to win the Super Bowl in back-to-back seasons and for two different teams in NFL history.

It has already been reported by ESPN’s Adam Schefter that the Rams have had internal discussions about bringing Peyton Manning to Los Angeles should he want to play another season, per a league source. Manning’s father Archie (Manning) hinted on NFL Network Sunday night that if his son plays, it won’t be in Denver.

He said, “I think Peyton’s done in Denver. I think Peyton’s done in Denver. He may be done everywhere. I don’t stick my nose in it, so I don’t know that. I don’t know that. But that’s my guess.”

The Rams need star power so they could make Manning and offer he can’t resist.

They might even trade for him!
