32. The Arizona Cardinals have an explosive offense when they give QB Carson Palmer adequate pass protection. They weren’t able to do that last year because they had injuries to the O-line. But this year should be another story as they will have their guys back in the lineup.
The defense can probably use another CB to play on the other side of Patrick Peterson but not here. This is a deep CB class so they can use this pick to get a QB to groom behind Palmer. There was some talk about him retiring this offseason so you can’t be sure about him now.

Whoever eventually replaces Palmer will have a running game and plenty of speed outside. So the Cardinals will look to bring in someone with a big arm so they don’t have to change the offense. DeShone Kizer has the biggest arm and the most upside of any QB in this draft.

As far as running an NFL offense goes, he’s probably the most ready to play of the QB prospects. So if Palmer ends up with an injury, having someone that can at least call an NFL play would help. The Cardinals should be back on top this year but Kizer will be a pick for the future.
. QB.
