Why They’re No. 2
The Colts brought in solid run-blocking guard with a highly decorated running back that appears to still have it. Franchise quarterback Andrew Luck will have the running game he’s always wanted and an upgrade for a No. 1 receiver. On defense, they got another edge-rusher for the other side of Robert Mathis while setting themselves up to draft a nose tackle.
Why They’re not Higher:
They went all in for this year but there can only be one winner and one favored to win the Super Bowl.
