player. 48. The Tampa Bay Buccaneers are just outside the box of good teams this year. As a matter of fact, they could become one before this season is over. They have a young defense that just needs to grow to become a good unit. <p>Doug Martin will be back next year and Jaquizz Rogers isn’t bad in his stead now. Then there are Jameis Winston and Mike Evans, one of the best young QB/WR duos. The big problem on this team is the left side of their offensive line.</p> <p>That’s where Donovan Smith (OT) and Kevin Pamphile (OG) line up for the team now. At, 6’6″, 338 pounds, and powerful, Smith would make and outstanding guard. That would upgrade the pass-blocking and run-blocking at the position now.</p> <p>Then Cam Robinson would be an upgrade to the pass-blocking of Smith. Meanwhile, the team doesn’t suffer a loss in the run-blocking department at the position. The offensive line is then settled and Winston can lead the way to the playoffs.</p>. OT. Alabama.
