Alabama. Reuben Foster. 15. player. 46. Former Alabama ILB Reuben Foster is everything you want a man that plays is position to be. It all starts with the mind as Foster is a film junkie with great instincts to sniff plays out. And when he steps in the huddle, he takes control of it, leaving no one to wonder who’s in charge.

Physically, there’s no 40 time on him but the plays extremely fast, going from sideline to sideline. He also has agility to go with that speed, making him excellent in coverage. And to go with it all, the 6’0″, 230-pounder is a huge hitter that will knock you face in the dirt.

The Indianapolis Colts aren’t very good or very physical on the defensive side of the ball these days. A good leader for years to come like they have on offense would be good for the Colts. When they lost Jerrell Freeman in free agency last year, they lost a big-time leader.

Robert Mathis just retired last year so that’s another leader the defense no longer has. Foster would give the Colts a leader on defense and shed the soft label on it immediately. At some point during the Andrew Luck-Reuben Foster Era, the Colts would contend.
. ILB
