The Indianapolis Colts have to do something to help franchise QB Andrew Luck get to a Super Bowl. Former GM Ryan Grigson did nothing but help him go in the opposite direction over the years. They can use an RB but with Luck as the leader on that offense, the Colts will score points.
On defense, it would be nice to have an EDGE but someone to lead them is the highest priority. All the leadership on the defense has left as ILB Jerrell Freeman left in free agency last year. So it’s time for the Colts to find a defensive leader to go into their future with.

Haason Reddick is a versatile player that has plenty of leadership potential with that high motor he has. His physicality also makes him a tone-setter that the rest of the defense will follow. The guy went from walk-on CB to star EDGE and now, he’s one of the top ILB prospects.

During Senior Bowl Week and at the combine, you can see Reddick still has those CB hips. So he will be physical in the run game and handle his pass coverage responsibilities like a champ. He can also rush off the edge on occasion to make a complete skill set for the Colts to use.
.
