The Miami Dolphins spent some good money this offseason on the defensive side of the ball. They already have ILB Kiko Alonso over there with DE Cameron Wake and Ndamukong Suh. And they added DE Williams Hayes this offseason to help get after the QB.

They also got help for the run defense, signing LB Lawrence Timmons in free agency. And for good measure, they got themselves some help for the back end, signing S Nate Allen. I suspect they did this in preparation of taking an offensive player in the first round of the draft.

QB Ryan Tannehill, who’s finally starting to get it, already has some weapons around him. To go 2016 breakout RB Jay Ajayi, he has WRs, Jarvis Landry, Kenny Stills and DeVante Parker. The O-line is coming together too and a TE to work the middle of the field would really help.

Former Miami TE David Njoku can do that and get deep with his 4.46 40 speed. LBs won’t be able to stay with him and guys in the secondary aren’t big enough so he is trouble. It looks like the Dolphins are trying to load the wagon for the Patriots this year.
. TE. Miami. David Njoku. 22. player. 59
