CB. Washington. Kevin King. 29. player. 49. Aaron Rodgers pulled his Green Bay Packers out of their funk and got them into the playoffs in 2016. But the defense, mainly the coverage, is why they didn’t make it to the Super Bowl. You better be able to cover when you’re playing the Atlanta Falcons or they will get you over the top.
The Packers couldn’t as the Falcons weren’t the only team to beat them over the top last year. It was bombs over Baghdad as the Packers, who gave up big play after big play in man coverage. So the Packers definitely need to draft a CB to fit their man-to-man, bump-and-run scheme.
<div class=

Kevin King is the perfect fit and could go in and improve the Packers in coverage immediately. They already have a good pass rush coming back with OLBs Clay Matthew and Nick Perry. And you know the offense is going to score points with franchise QB Aaron Rodgers there.

We’ll have to see what the team does about the RB position with Eddie Lacy now out of there. I actually like Ty Montgomery at RB but the draft is deep at the position too. Whatever the Packers decide to do there, they will contend again but with better coverage this time.
