The Houston Texans are loaded on both sides of the ball but need a QB to win in the playoffs. The three most important things a QB needs are poise, the ability to learn fast and the will to win. Deshaun Watson has the most of those qualities of any of the QBs in this draft. <p>So the Texans did the right thing to trade all the way up to get him at No. 12 overall. In Round 2, the Texans got themselves a steal, picking ILB Zach Cunningham to keep the defense rolling. He will likely replace Brian Cushing, whose best days are well behind him.</p> <p>In Round 3, the Texans took RB D’Onta Foreman to help Lamar Miller out with the running game. The rest of this draft looks like depth but watch for Round-4 OT Julie’n Davenport this year. The small-school wonder has a ton of talent and the Texans are weak on the right OT position.</p> <p>This haul was all about Watson who I’m predicting to be ready to play for the Texans by midseason. The AFC South is spicing up with all the QBs that are in the division right now. I’m especially looking forward to seeing Watson go head to head with Andrew Luck and Mariota. </p>. — A+. . houston texans. 25. team. 10
