29. player. 52. . Wide Receiver. LSU Tigers. D.J. Chark

The Jacksonville Jaguars have addressed the void at guard by signing Andrew Norwell. Unfortunately, the issues at wide receiver are even more profound now that No. 1 target Allen Robinson has opted to sign with the Chicago Bears.

There are multiple options here, but the Jaguars opt to address the need for a wide receiver with one of the most dynamic athletes in this draft class: D.J. Chark.

Chark is the type of athlete who doesn’t come along very often at the wide receiver position. He’ll need to bulk up and fill out his frame with muscle, but he has ideal size at just under 6’3″ and has long arms with a 6’7″ wingspan.

If size and length aren’t enough for you, then Chark’s 4.34 speed in the 40-yard dash and 40″ vertical should be the sell on his Pro Bowl upside.

Chark will need to polish his route running and concentrate more when passes come his way. He’s had an offseason to remember, however, with an MVP-worthy performance at the Senior Bowl and an unforgettable showing at the Scouting Combine.

If the Jaguars believe Chark can make the necessary improvements, then he could become a star-caliber target for quarterback Blake Bortles.
