Jets land Trevor Lawrence in 2021 NFL Mock Draft. Clemson Vs Charlotte Tiger Walk And Fans

Another week, another 2021 NFL Mock Draft

We are now 11 weeks down in our NFL season, and the race for the top pick is running thin as three teams sit atop. The New York Jets remain winless, but the Jacksonville Jaguars and Cincinnati Bengals are right on their tails as we hit yet another 2021 NFL Mock Draft.

On the college football scene, the Alabama Crimson Tide, Ohio State Buckeyes, and Notre Dame Fighting Irish have separated them from the pack. The Clemson Tigers, with just one loss on the season remain on the scent of the four seed in the College Football Playoffs.

Needless to say, 2021 NFL Draft prospects are making a name for themselves, or are falling out of the pack. Order is beginning to take shape as the main event in April nears closer. How does this 2021 NFL Mock Draft shake out after Week 11?

1. New York Jets: Trevor Lawrence, QB, Clemson

There is no change at the top of this 2021 NFL Mock Draft, as Trevor Lawrence actually gained ground on Ohio State quarterback Justin Fields. Coming off of the worst game of his career, Fields threw the same number of interceptions against the Indiana Hoosiers as he did during the entirety of the 2019 season.

Now 0-10 on the season, the New York Jets remain atop the board in their pursuit of Lawrence. The tank is on as Sam Darnold is still not healthy, and as Adam Gase continues to trot out Joe Flacco. Next year in the Big Apple, however, the Jets are more likely than not to look utterly different as a new head coach and quarterback are on their way to the gang green.

Par for the course, the Jets and Lawrence remain tied at the hip at this point in the 2020 season.
