Have yourself a very merry 2021 NFL Mock Draft!

Happy Holidays to all, and what better way than to celebrate with a Christmas day edition of a full first round 2021 NFL Mock Draft?

Championship weekend was a wild one, and now bowl games are underway. There has been movement from the quarterbacks in this class, as well as the teams in need of quarterbacks. It seems far more likely than not that gunslingers will fly off the board early and often by the time the 2021 NFL Draft rolls around.

How will the board fall here, and what order will they see their names fly off?

1. Jacksonville Jaguars: Trevor Lawrence, QB, Clemson

No change at the top as the Clemson phenom Trevor Lawrence is the first overall pick once again, and looks to be locked in at that spot with the 2021 NFL Draft approaches. There is a change, however, as to which team has the right to take him as the Jacksonville Jaguars take over control of the first overall pick in the draft.

Congrats to the Jaguars as their quarterback carousel and evident tanking since the first week of the season. Now controlling their own destiny up until the 2021 NFL Draft, Jacksonville has their eye on the prize.

2. New York Jets: Zach Wilson, QB, BYU

A development has arisen early in this 2021 NFL Mock Draft, as the BYU gunslinger Zach Wilson has skyrocketed all the way to the second overall pick. Capping off an incredible 2020 season, Wilson put together a stunning performance against the University of Central Florida in the Boca Raton Bowl. On the night, Wilson threw for a light 425 yards and three touchdowns, completing 76 percent of his passes; he ran in two additional touchdowns as well.

As the Jets come on the board after winning their first game of the season, they are still in the headlights of another rebuild. And while there are rumors they may look to trade down from the second pick after losing out on Lawrence, here they stay on the board and take Wilson.
