3. Cincinnati Bengals: Penei Sewell, OT, Oregon

Fans want it, the team needs it, and so does franchise quarterback Joe Burrow. With the third overall pick in this 2021 NFL Mock Draft, the Cincinnati Bengals take the ultra-talented Oregon offensive tackle Penei Sewell to upgrade their mangled offensive line.

With a healthy Jonah Williams, a nice veteran in Quinton Spain (should the Bengals re-sign him), and now Sewell along the offensive front for the Bengals, Burrow will feel much safer as he drops back to pass, and the overall offense will begin to chug along with a much higher level of efficiency. This is a no-brainer in Cincinnati.

4. Carolina Panthers: Justin Fields, QB, Ohio State

After getting passed over for Wilson by the Jets with the second overall pick, Fields does not have to wait much longer to hear his name called as he heads to the Carolina Panthers with the fourth overall pick in this 2021 NFL Mock Draft. This is a perfect scenario for any rookie quarterback to fall into as there will be no pressure to start right away, an offensive innovator to work with, and a head coach who has reversed two other programs before jumping to the NFL.

Fields would be given the opportunity to sit behind bridge quarterback Teddy Bridgewater, learn from offensive coordinator Joe Brady, and help Matt Rhule turn around the favor of the Panthers. From Columbus to Charlotte, the former Heisman-finalist looks to become the new franchise quarterback with Carolina.
