1. Carolina Panthers – Cam Newton/QB
- Carolina could go in any direction with this pick, but the consensus is that it will be Cam. High risk/reward pick.
2. Denver Broncos – Marcell Dareus/DT
- Denver’s defense was horrid last season. Switching to 4-3 they need a lot of help at every level. Dareus is good step in that direction.
3. Buffalo Bills – Von Miller/OLB
- Buffalo needs someone to put pressure on the quarterback and Miller is the best outside pass rusher available.
4. Cincinnati Bengals – A.J. Green/WR
- Even if Carson Palmer doesn’t return, the Bengals could look to address the QB situation in the second round. A.J. fills another need and may be the best overall player in the draft.
5. Arizona Cardinals – Patrick Peterson/CB
- The Cardinals pass on a quarterback and get maybe the best defensive player available to pair with Rogers-Cromartie.
