As a matter of fact, he could very well be the best quarterback college football has ever seen as he is the ultimate weapon.

However, at the same time, Seminoles quarterback Jameis Winston confirmed that he was the best NFL quarterback prospect. Playing quarterback is the NFL a different game than playing it in college so scouts look for certain things from prospects. And while Winston took his first loss as a collegiate quarterback, he showed a whole lot more of what NFL scouts are looking for than Mariota did.
