The San Francisco Gate reported that Oakland Raiders G.M. Reggie McKenzie told the San Francisco Chronicle, “The foundation has been built.” after the Raiders beat the Buffalo Bills in their home finale. So now, it’s time to build up in free agency because after cutting some dead weight, the Raiders could have up to $70 million.

They’ll have around $52 million if they keep everyone and they have to spend the money because of the collective bargaining agreement. If you have to spend the money, you might as well spend on making your team better instead of the retirement presents McKenzie handed out this past year. And there are some free agents that could really help turn things around.

From what I’ve seen and heard, it won’t be all of the top guys in free agency everyone is talking about. Ndamukong Suh, Justin Houston Demaryius Thomas and Dez Bryant can all be tagged if negotiations don’t go well. And to keep it 100, Raiders fans should be more prepared to face Jeremy Maclin twice a year than having him.

He is from Missouri and was drafted by none other than Kansas City Chiefs head coach Andy Reid.

But they can get enough key players to make things happen.
