Alabama’s Amari Cooper was that guy has he won the Biletnikoff Award after amassing over 1,700 yards and 16 touchdowns. West Virginia’s Kevin White, who had over 1,400 yards and 10 touchdowns, was in a battle with Louisville’s DeVante Parker for No. 2.

Then, a few days before the 2015 NFL Scouting Combine, White started popping up as the No. 1 receiver. And after the combine, White shot up everyone’s board to claim the No. 1 spot after a freak-like workout. But some people have snapped back so now, there’s a debate over who the No. 1 receiver in the draft is.
