Antonio Morrison, LB Florida.

If Morrison’s knee is medically cleared and he can run anything faster than a 4.65 at the combine, he could rise in the draft very quickly.

He has everything that scouts look for in a 3-4 ILB or a Mike LB in a 4-3: good tackling, isn’t out of position much, good instincts and gets his teammates lined up properly.

Watch the tape of him against Ole Miss, which is a quality opponent that plays an uptempo and aggressive offense.

He doesn’t guess wrong many times and has the ability to recover if he does. Also very impressive is his ability to attack the ball, either as a option blitzer or run dogging it against a spread offense. To use a cliche draft term: he’s very good sideline to sideline.

And he came back from a major knee injury 4-6 months ahead of schedule due to hard work on his part. But teams are going to check and recheck that knee to see if it’s a long term concern.

The physical question mark on him is pretty simple: his 40 times haven’t been anything special(4.7+). So a good 40 and good agility drills would help him dramatically. However, considering how fast he looks on the field it could be that he looks faster in pads.
