1. player. 35.
Left tackle prospect Laremy Tunsil did nothing at the 2016 NFL Souting comine to lose his ranking. As a matter of fact, he did everything to cement his status as 2016’s No. 1 left tackle prospect. He didn’t participate in the testing portion but did participate in the football specific drills on Friday.

And in those drills, Tunsil showed the quick feet he’s known for coming into the combine. He got out his stance quickly and went into what’s already one of the quickest kick-slides in the NFL. And to top in all off, Tunsil measured in at 6’5″, 310 pounds with 34 1/4-inch long arms—ideal for a left tackle.

Tunsil is about as can’t-miss as it gets as you don’t see men that size move like he does very often. So he goes to the Tennessee Titans and starts right away and current left tackle Taylor Lewan moves to the right side. Then quarterback Marcus Mariota will have the protection he needs with two book-end tackles.

Outside of running back, Mariota already has the skill-position players he needs around him. The defense is going to be okay as well with coordinator Dick LeBeau putting things together there. So keeping Mariota healthy could mean the Titans stay in the thick of thing in the wide-open AFC South.
. LT. Mississippi. Laremy Tunsil
