As you all know, Derek Carr broke his fibula last December. But he won’t miss a single rep in the offseason program.

Of course, we’ve all been focusing on the Oakland Raiders getting approved to move to Las Vegas. No matter how any of us feel about that, there are more important things than that. We can start with the most important man in Raider Nation.

No matter where the Raiders play, what matters is if they win, right?

Winning is something the Raiders were not able to do when quarterback Derek Carr was injured last year. You have to wonder how far the Raiders would have went with a healthy Carr. But not to worry, the rehab for his broken fibula is going well.

So well, he will get a chance to get all his reps in during the offseason program. Reggie McKenzie told Paul Gutierrez of ESPN.com Monday at the NFL owner’s meetings that Carr is ready for the Raiders’ offseason program. He will be “full-go” when OTAs start.

That means he won’t have any rust and will have full command of the offense come September. He’ll also get to develop chemistry with new receiver Cordarrelle Patterson and tight end Jared Cook. Look for Carr with all his weapons to explode in 2017.

Happy days are coming for the Raiders!
