NFL Combine: Nevada TE Virgil Green An Early Riser
It happens every year. Someone explodes at the NFL Combine and makes everyone take notice. So far, that guy has been Nevada TE, Virgil Green. Yesterday, he excelled at every test and drill thrown his way. Usually when players show freakish abilities, coaches and scouts go back and re-watch tape. So, that is exactly what we are going to do. Thanks to Aaron Aloysius of Draft Breakdown, we have a cut up of Green’s 2010 game against Boston College. Pay close attention to his blocking, strength, and hands. Green looks to be the real deal.
