With the free agent “frenzy” period only days away, there is a lot of speculation about where some of the top free agents are expected to land. As the NFL Lockout appears to be getting closer and closer to ending, the new CBA will issue a salary cap of approximately $120 million, with teams being told to spend 90% of that cap.
