As the current saga of “NFL Lockout 2011” begins to dwindle down, one can only imagine what took so long. The current fads of women FIFA soccer championships and underwater basket-weaving are beginning to be replaced by the mere speculation that a deal will be reached by Monday. Fans are now being glued to ESPN and all social networking feeds to make sure they are up to date with the procedure of ratifying the new CBA, so they are not blind sighted again by another setback. The latest obstacle, that being the owners voting and ratifying a new CBA before the players were able to review it, was a blessing in disguise.
