The Top Ten Rookies To Watch During the NFL Preseason

On Thursday night week one of the NFL preseason will finally kick off.  Normally I wouldn’t be nearly as excited for these exhibition games as I am this year, but after hearing about the lockout for the past six months I am pumped for a much needed dose of football in any form I can get it.  Although these games are exhibitions where a teams starters only play a few series’, there are still things for fans to watch.  For instance, I always watch rookies to see how they are transitioning to the pro game.  Today I am giving my list of the top ten rookies to watch.  These rookies are not necessarily the best players who were selected at the draft, but are players whose teams are depending on them to have an immediate impact.  It would be pretty easy for me to just name the first ten picks from the first round, but in most cases a lot of those players wont have pressure on them to make a huge impact in their first year.  So here are the ten players that I will be watching this preseason.
