Oakland Raiders Select Terrelle Pryor With a Third Round Pick

Pryor is extremely athletic but he is still considered to be a developmental quarterback at best. Pryor will be suspended for the first five games of the NFL season so it is unlikely that he will see any game action this year.  Pryor comes with a checkered history that saw his reign as the signal caller at Ohio St. come to an end last January after he was suspended by the NCAA for illegally receiving gifts.  The Raiders have never shied away from players looking for a second chance and who are considered to be gifted athletes.  Al Davis’ dream of building a football team out of track stars continues…
