Jarvis Jones Video Highlights

The 2012 NFL Draft was not strong on pass rushers. Every pass rusher had major question marks–every player has some question marks, but the 2012 NFL Draft players had major question marks surrounding them into the draft. Quinton Coples might not love football–or at least didn’t play like that during the season. Melvin Ingram and Courtney Upshaw are not ideally suited as a 34 OLB or 43 DE they are just good football players. Chandler Jones had very limited production and does not possess the same explosiveness as Jason Pierre Paul (the last DE with so little production to be drafted early) etc. Perhaps the best pass rusher that might have been available for the 2012 NFL Draft decided to go back to Georgia. Will it pay off? Jarvis Jones said that he did not feel he was ready for the N.F.L. even though he might have been a top 20 pick. This year he looks to have much more competition to be the first OLB to be drafted in the 2013 N.F.L. draft.
