Florida State Defense Highlights

If you’re a fan of a team that is going to need defensive help in 2013 you should be closely monitoring the Florida State Seminoles who have a trio of players who, as of today, should be first round picks. At Defensive end is the German sensation Bjeorn Warner. At outside linebacker in a 34 system, or a 43 RDE n some systems is the talented and productive Brandon Jenkins. Jenkins was generally considered a first round pick if he had entered the 2012 NFL draft, but there were questions about his production in the 2011 College Football season. The important question Jenkins has to answer in the 2012 season is whether his production decrease is a product of how the team was using him in 2011, or if he is not improving his game. Lastly, and perhaps the best Seminoles prospect is cornerback Xavier Rhodes. Rhodes is built like a safety, but has all the athletic ability of a cornerback. Rhodes is personally one of my favorite prospects and a guy I think can be a true #1 cornerback at the N.F.L. level. He’ll have to take the step forward this year that he didn’t quite take last year.

Anyway this video was posted by JoshMTD on youtube and over at www.mockingthedraft.com. This was the game the Seminoles played against Oklahoma when they made Landry Jones look like a mid round prospect.
