Round Two

33) Jacksonville Jaguars – Tyler Wilson QB Arkansas

Blaine Gabbert is not the answer in Jacksonville, and the Jaguars need to move forward with a new signal caller under new Head Coach Gus Bradley.

34) San Francisco 49ers (via Kansas City Chiefs) – Jonathan Cyprien S Florida International

Dashon Goldson may not return to the team in 2013, and Cyprien provides versatility to an already scary defense.

35) Philadelphia EaglesSylvester Williams DT North Carolina

After releasing Mike Patterson and Cullen Jenkins, the Eagles will look to solidify the middle of their interior line with Williams.

36) Detroit LionsJohnthan Banks CB Mississippi State

The Lions elected to pass on Dee Milliner in the first round in favor of O-line help. Banks fills a need here in round two.

37) Cincinnati Bengals (via Oakland Raiders) – Matt ElamFlorida

Elam fills a need for the Bengals here early in round two. Elam could start for the Bengals as early as week one.

38) Arizona CardinalsMatt Barkley QB USC

Arians is reportedly in love with Matt Barkley. Well, he gets his quarterback here, and also provides him with a new left tackle.

39) New York JetsTerrance Williams WR Baylor

The Jets and Rex Ryan are going to give quarterback Mark Sanchez one more chance. If so, he’ll need more weapons than he had in 2012.

40) Tennessee TitansMargus Hunt DE SMU

The Titans filled their need on the offensive line in round one by selecting Warmack. Hunt fills their defensive line need here in round two.

41) Buffalo BillsMike Glennon QB North Carolina State

Ryan Fitzpatrick was foolishly given a long term, big money contract. He’s shown his one good season was a fluke. Time to move on.

42) Miami DolphinsLogan Ryan CB Rutgers

Logan Ryan is quickly becoming one of the top corners available. Losing Sean Smith creates a need here for Miami in round two.

43) Tampa Bay BuccaneersArthur Brown LB Kansas State

Brown is one of the most athletic and instinctive linebackers in this draft. Tampa is jumping for joy seeing him available at 43rd overall.

44) Carolina PanthersRobert Alford CB Southeastern Louisiana

The Panthers no longer have a solidified number one corner. Alford could grow into that after Carolina released veteran Chris Gamble.

45) San Diego ChargersManti Te’o LB Notre Dame

Te’o’s meteoric land slide continues, but sees it end here at 45th overall with San Diego who could pair him with Butler.

46) St. Louis RamsDatone Jones DE/DT UCLA

Jones provides versatility within the Rams new 3-4 defensive scheme.

47) Dallas CowboysMark Harrison WR Rutgers

Miles Austin simply isn’t worth the money he’s being paid, and Dwayne Harris only had one good season. Harrison is insurance if nothing else.

48) Pittsburgh Steelers – Larry Warford OG Kentucky

The Steelers need to solidify their offensive line, and Warford lined up opposite of David DeCastro would help in that process.
