Bottom Line

You can add hard worker, high motor and emotional leader to the list of Williams’ intangibles and seeing him play would confirm that. So you wouldn’t have the questions surrounding this athletic freak that you had surrounding the athletic freak of the 2014 draft (Clowney). Pound for pound and position for position, Williams is the best football player coming out in this years draft hands down.

Barring a freak injury of some sort, he is sure-fire and will dominate for whichever franchise is fortunate enough to draft him. Depending on his desire to stay in the NFL he’ll be a perennial Pro Bowl defensive lineman for about 10 to 12 years. If a team like the Oakland Raiders picks first and they probably will, he’ll go there and if a team like the Tampa Bay Buccaneers or the New York Jets do, they’ll take a quarterback.

But this is a “Mean” Joe Green, Warren Sapp type in that the team who gets him ends up with a great defense and turns their team around.
