Value Prospect: Ty Montgomery

Hands

All of them have had a few drops here and there but they all  have great hands to catch the ball away from their bodies. They all have the ability to make circus catches  as well as go up and pluck one out of the air on a defensive back. But since I have to choose one, I have to give the edge to Strong with the rest right behind him.

Strong had the least amount of drops in the tape that I watched and just made his catches look easier than the others. The the ball simply does not move once Strong’s hands get around it and corners have a hard time getting it out. But Montgomery’s hands are reliable and he shouldn’t have problems with the drops in the NFL.
