Running After the Catch

White can get it after the catch but Cooper is Montgomery’s closest competition for running after the catch. However, Montgomery skills running the ball after the catch are far superior to the rest as he is a punt and kick returner. With his build vision, power, speed and elusiveness, he becomes a running back  once he catches the ball

He even lines up in the I formation as a tailback and runs the ball from there once and  a while. But his running back and return man elusiveness is why the Cardinal run so many bubble screens for him. That combination of strength, elusiveness, vision, instincts, and speed makes Montgomery a threat to go to the house on short passes.
