Great Season

Gordon just rushed for 408 and four touchdowns against Nebraska, not Eastern Middle Tennessee State (made up). As a matter of fact, it was a Big-10 conference game and he only played for three quarters of the game before being taken out. We cant say it was just one game either because Gordon had 1,1oo yards through his first nine games so the consistency has been there.

He now leads the league in rushing yards this season with 1,500 yards through 10 games and at least two games left. He was coming off a 200-yard game before going off on Nebraska so 2,000 yards could very well be within reach for him. But to put his 408-yard game in perspective, LaDainian Tomlison had the record at 406 and Marshall Faulk once had it with 386.

Marshall Faulk is in the NFL Hall of Fame and Tomlinson is on his way.
