Florida State quarterback Jameis Winston is the best NFL quarterback prospect by leaps and bounds over any other. And following the formula of rebuilding an NFL team, the Tamp Bay Buccaneers should pick Winston in the 2015 NFL Draft. They have their franchise pass rusher in Gerald McCoy, the No. 3 overall pick in 2010, as they just extended his contract.

They also have their guy at left tackle in Anthony Collins, whom they just signed to fat contract in free agency this past offseason. Star running back Doug Martin was 1st-round pick himself as the Buccaneers selected him back in 2012. So all the Buccaneers need now is a franchise quarterback and Winston can elevate the Buccaneers right away.

When I say elevate, I mean they could compete for the NFC South the minute the ink dries on Winston’s contract.
