Brady Needs Help

As great of a quarterback the New England Patriots quarterback Tom Brady is, he’s just as overrated as the dynasty wasn’t about him. It was about Teddy Bruschi, Willie McGinest, Richard Seymour, Ty Law, Rodney Harrison and the defense. Brady was a game manager when he won those Super Bowls as he set up game-winning field goals after the defense kept the games close.

They call Brady the next Joe Montana but guys like Montana and John Elway’s signature moments end with touchdowns. All of Brady’s signature moments end with field goals by Adam Vinateri as no one remembers who Montana’ and Elway’s kickers were. Brady went back without that defense and with receiver Randy Moss but didn’t win it with his record-breaking aerial assault.
