Odell Beckham Jr. Stats

41 catches 609 yards 15 ypc 5 touchdowns 7 games

Why he’s the best

Odell Beckham Jr.’s production would trump all rookie receivers this year if he had been healthy but he missed the first four games. But he is making up the stagger as the season goes along as he’s only 75 yards behind Watkins at this point. And no, I’m not a prisoner of the moment that was the greatest catch I’ve ever seen because he has shown me plenty outside of that.

His speed and acceleration out of his breaks are better than that of Sammy Watkins and the kick returner is the best of the group after the catch. The one thing that separates Beckham Jr. the most from the others to me is that he can get his on anyone on him. He beat All-World corner Richard Sherman deep for a 44-yard catch on the why to 108 yards receiving mostly on him.

It doesn’t get any better than that for a rookie!
