2015 NFL Draft Prospect Sammy Coates

Auburn Tigers receiver and 2015 NFL Draft prospect Sammy Coates should be rated much higher than he is. The 6’2″, 201-pounder was a Top-3 receiver coming into the season but injuries and other receiver’s production have changed that. But after watching him against Amari Cooper and his Alabama Crimson Tide, he might have worked his way up a bit.

Cooper did have a big night that night but dare I say that Coates looked a little better than Cooper on that night. Cooper will deservedly be the first receiver picked in the NFL draft but Coates made himself some money last Saturday night. He may have passed a lot of the other receiver prospects up by actually comparing favorably to Cooper Saturday night.
