Ifo Ekpre-Olomu

Ducks corner Ifo Ekpre-Olomu is already known by most scouts as the best cover corner in the 2015 NFL Draft. And he didn’t do anything to hurt his status there as he shut down his man or side of the field the whole night that night. The Wildcats rarely tried him but when they did, it was off the mark as Ekpre-Olomu’s man was tightly covered.

So while there wasn’t anything going on for him in coverage, he showed a physical side I didn’t know he had tackling. The 5’10”, 185 pounder came up on running plays and short passes alike to make some physical tackles to show he doesn’t make business decisions. I knew about the speed, feet and fluid hips to stay with any receiver but the physicality is a pleasant surprise.
