Offense: Derek Carr

Carr showed in the game against the 49ers that he is really starting to get the hang of this quarterback-in-the-NFL thing. He was 22-28 for 254 yards, three touchdowns and no interceptions with a quarterback rating of 140.2. He straightened out his woes on third down too as he was 9-10 for 98 yards and all three of those touchdowns were on third down on the 49ers stingy defense.

On the season, Carr has completed 60 percent of his passes for 2,676 yards, 17 touchdowns and 11 interceptions. He’s doing this with a No. 3 receiver as a No. 1 and as the second most pressured quarterback in the NFL for most of the season. Carr also has the NFL’s worst running game and has played against seven of the Top-10 pass defenses at least once.

He has done more with less than any rookie quarterback in the NFL, making him the offensive steal of the 2014 NFL Draft.
