Carolina Panthers

With the tenth pick in the 2015 NFL Draft, the Carolina Panthers select wide receiver DeVante Parker from the Lousiville Cardinals. Quarterback Cam Newton was better off when he had two receivers that could make plays down the field. So now that Steve Smith Sr. is gone, it’s time to get Newton another dynamic target to go with Kelvin Benjamin.
