Oakland Raiders 

With the third pick of the NFL Draft, the Oakland Raiders select defensive end Leonard Williams from the USC Trojans. The Raiders need a lot of things so it’s a good idea to go with the best football player available and Williams is going to be dominant. From “Mean” Joe Green to Warren Sapp, the cellar-dweller-to-Super Bowl journey often starts with a dominant defensive lineman.
