Bottom Line

I know it’s only one win of three and it hasn’t been a pretty season, but Raider Nation has plenty to celebrate these days. We are watching the best rookie quarterback  and the best rookie defensive player grow up in front of out very eyes. I give credit to interim head coach Tony Sparano for keeping them motivated to play hard but they’re playing for Harbaugh right now.

And looking at the way they played against his San Francisco 49ers as well as the home finale, he can’t say no to these two building blocks. I know that means he’s bringing his own G.M. in so Raiders fans should be thankful to current G.M. Reggie McKenzie now. Along with others from his last two draft classes, he went out and got the Raiders two big blocks to build on.

So when you look at how horrible the Raiders have been since 2002 when they turn it around, remember the 2014 draft was the key.
