Tampa Bay Buccaneers: Jameis Winston (Florida State)

Tampa Bay Buccaneers head coach Lovie Smith is a defensive guy that doesn’t have long enough to take a quarterback from scratch. He wants a guy that’s pro-ready, particularly with what the Bucs have on offense already, so Smith gets who he wants at No. 2. Jameis Winston has done a couple of knuckle headed things but he understands how to run a pro style offense and has the accuracy to throw into tight windows.
