Oakland Raiders: Leonard Williams (USC)

The Oakland Raiders have many needs that include defensive lineman and Leonard Williams is the best player in the draft. So for the second year in a row, the Raiders get the best player in the draft and a player that actually wants to be a Raider. Williams has gone public with that so it looks like the Bakersfield, California-born, defensive lineman will get his wish.
