Hau’oli Kikaha

Washington Huskies 3-4 outside linebacker Hau’oli Kikaha is a very productive player projected into the second round. He had 18 sacks this year and is the only collegiate player to have at least one in every game he played in this season. Former Philadelphia Eagles head coach Buddy Ryan once said of Hall of Fame receiver Cris Carter, “All he does is catch touchdowns.” before cutting him.

And now, by giving Kikaha a 2nd-round grade, the scouting would seems to be saying, “All he does is sack quarterbacks.” of Kikaha. He’s actually very strong at the point of attack in the run game and decent in coverage so sacking quarterbacks isn’t all he does. But that is what he’s best at so if he goes in the second round, whoever gets him is getting an immediate impact player.
