National University Holiday Bowl

The National University Holiday Bowl No. 1 prospect defensive end Leonard Williams vs No. 1 edge-rusher prospect Randy Gregory. And this was game, set and match to Williams, whose USC Trojans beat Gregory’s Cornhuskers 45-42. The prospect battle wasn’t as close as the game as Williams was dominant with numerous pressures that should have resulted in four interception but there was only one and he had a sack.

Gregory was neutralized in the game by tight ends and running backs chipping with guards even helping out at times. He had a couple of tackles and hurries in the game but the attention he drew didn’t allow him to have a big game. And for those that want to call Ameer Abdulla a top prospect, he averaged 3.3 yards per carry in the game as I’ve always had Johnson ahead of him.
