I have been reluctant to predict trades in past mock drafts but there has been a huge change. Chip Kelly has added director of pro personnel to his list of duties so he can now do what ever it takes to get Mariota. That ransom is worth it to Kelly as he needs Mariota to make his offense work and Mariota needs him to be ready to start in the NFL right away.
