Chicago Bears

I believe that whoever ends up getting hired to coach the Chicago Bears will bring the 3-4. And that will be the perfect fit for Nebraska Cornhuskers edge rusher Randy Gregory to come off the edge as an outside linebacker. The Bears really need someone that can put some heat on the quarterbacks of their division too.
