Danielle Hunter Made Mistake in Declaring for 2015 NFL Draft

Things to Work on

The first thing Hunter needs to work on is that he doesn’t get off on the ball very well at all. He’s fast once he gets going but I didn’t see that consistent, first-step explosion or burst around the corner. He also has length but I didn’t see quick hands or technique to get blockers hands off of him.

Another thing I didn’t see is counter-moves to make opposing tackles react to something midstream. Looking at all these things I didn’t see, it’s no wonder why the kid had only 1.5 sacks this year. I hate to say this but this kid reminds me of Barkevious Mingo and you see he’s not producing with the Cleveland Browns.
