The Jaguars can already get after opposing quarterbacks but the secondary is their big weakness. So they take care of that with P.J. Williams so the pass-rush will have more time to get to opposing quarterbacks. Then they’ll be a whole lot more ready to try to compete with quarterbacks like Luck.
